DISTINCTION NEW PLYMOUTH HOTEL, New Plymouth – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for a quiet retreat. The service was exceptional, with helpful and attentive staff who made my stay memorable. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions. The dining experience was a bit lacking, but the overall facilities were up to standard.

The hotel is in a super convenient location, within walking distance to the central shopping area and major tourist sights. The rooms are spacious, but could use a bit of updating. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The dining options seemed a bit expensive with a limited range, but the central location makes up for it. On-street parking is available across a main road with heavy traffic during the day, which can be a slight inconvenience.

The hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms allowed for noise from neighboring rooms but were prepared earlier than expected. The view, although partly of the ocean, included a car park. However, the room was not ready after a long drive, which was frustrating.

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a well-presented spa bath making it quite pleasant and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed that the room wasn't made up for the second night. The service was fantastic with accommodating and friendly staff. The location was excellent, very close to the waterfront and the city center. The dining experience had good gluten-free options but was a bit pricey with separate item charges. Overall, a great stay with good facilities.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The rooms had a great view of the water, which exceeded our expectations considering the cheap price we paid. We had hired several rooms for our guests, and they were all comfortable and clean through to the morning.
